Meet our Director of Professional Learning, Consuella L. Carter, Ed.S
The Director of Professional Learning is Consuella L. Carter, Ed.S. Her experience in conducting numerous educational workshops in both early childhood and adult education has been
instrumental in shaping the company's trajectory. Consuella's passion for empowering
others to reach their goals is evident in her approach. She believes that improving
communities starts with reaching out to individuals and families, a philosophy that
resonates deeply with CC Educational Training Services’ mission.
Meet our Exceptionalities Training Specialist, Quenshauna Smith, Ed.D
Dr. Motley- Smith is a "change advocate" for education with a focus on those having exceptional needs. She is passionate about teaching children and adults. Her talents and skills are used to conduct research in order to share the expertise of scientific findings
with other educators to improve the lives of children and families.
Meet our Bi-Lingual Instructional Coach, Carolyn Tricoche, B.A.
Carolyn has conducted continuous training sessions on Cultural Diversity and it's importance in Early Childhood programs. She is a Prevent Child Abuse Georgia (Stewards of Children Darkness to Light) certified trainer with a passion for identifying and reducing traumatic stress in children and their families. Her courses are conducted in Spanish and in English.

Honored and Humbled
The CSRA Business League is a non-profit, 501 © 3 organization that has supported small, women and minority owned businesses in the CSRA since 1970. The established goal of the League as developed by the founders and first Board of Directors was to found an organization that would serve as an information clearinghouse, referral source and an advocate for small, minority and disadvantage businesses. The mission of the League has remained the same and has extended it's reach by now providing networking opportunities, a website directory, technology training for small, disadvantage and minority owned businesses and trains the next generation of business owners through its Youth Entrepreneur Program.​ The prestigious, Harvey L. Johnson award is in honor of former Executive Director of the CSRA Business League. He left behind a long and distinguished record of work and service in the Augusta community and at the state and national levels. We are grateful to receive this award for our contributions in education to the communities we serve.
